My name is Jamal , I live in the northern Gaza Strip and I take care of 3 orphaned children, including a 5-year-old deaf child with brain cell expansion and a 1.5-year-old hearing-impaired child. I am reaching out to help my family, who tragically lost everything in the recent war after October 7. I used to work as a photographer and multimedia producer, but now my entire family is displaced, our home has been destroyed, and we have no source of income or shelter. My family and I’s lives in the Gaza Strip have become a daily battle for survival. Our stable life, full of beautiful moments and hard-earned jobs, have been shattered. Now, we live in temporary shelters, trying to secure basic necessities such as food, clothing and a safe place to stay. We desperately need your support to help us during this difficult time. Your donations will go towards:

• Personal expenses: Helping us meet our daily needs as we are without work or income.

• Clothes and Bedding: We have left everything behind and need money to buy essentials like clothes and bedding to get through the bitter cold of winter.

• Transit Costs: Help is needed to support our movement to find a temporary shelter to stay in.

My family and I need all the help we can get to rebuild our lives and our home that was destroyed from the ground up.
