This Go Fund Me Page is Dedicated to Our Son Jake who tragically died last Year in May 2024 after Major Spinal Correction Surgery. He had a 82degree Scoliosis curve at time of Surgery which was corrected to 42degrees following Major Surgery which he Survived.

Our Beautiful Son Jake ended up on Life support after being in Hospital after 7days when he ended back up in ICU when it was too late.

Jake had a Rare Neurodgenerative Condition called Friedreich Ataxia & was in a Wheelchair for 14years of his 27years of Life. Jake kept himself physically & mentally fit for over 12years with continuous fitness training sessions everyday at home & with in house Physiotherapy sessions.

Finally the opportunity to have Spinal was given & We all went in there with our Eyes Wide open.

Jake was So happy to be given the opportunity to help him have a Straighter Spine so that he could have a better Quality of Life & have more stability in his wheelchair.

Jake had Goals & many Wishes on his Hitlist of Life.

We are putting this out to the Universe & hoping to raise a Small Portion of the Legal Fees for the Best Legal Representation.

Why We are Doing this Page is that We Want Answers as to WHY did Our Beautiful Son Jake Die & also to Try & Change the System & how it treats people that have Disabilities & Rare Conditions.
