Jake B. Martin Memorial Fund

On September 23, 2018, Jacob Benjamin Martin left this world to be in the arms of Jesus. Jacob (Jake) was born in Bakersfield, CA September 21, 1980 as the first born child of Benjamin and Linda Martin. He came into the world with a full head of red hair. He came to bring joy, love, and beauty to everyone around him. In his short 38 years of life he was a supportive big brother to Bryanna and Karissa. A dad of a beautiful young lady Reece who is just a senior in high school this year. Jake was also a fun and loving uncle. Jake was a creative and talented hair stylist. He had a gift to brighten the lives of everyone who sat in his chair. He cherished everyone of his clients and had a gift of not only making them look beautiful but, feel amazing. Jake had a huge heart. So many people loved and adored Jake, the outpouring of love, respect, and generosity of his clients, co-workers, friends, family, and followers has brought comfort and joy in the most trying of times to Jake's family. This fund is being created to create a memorial fund in honor and memory of the beautiful life Jake lived. Dollars will not replace the son, father, brother, grandson, cousin, uncle, friend, mentor, creative, inspiring man this world has lost. It will provide many of you closure and peace to support Reece and the Martin Family. Your donations are truly a blessing. Your love and support are a comfort. Thank you for loving Jake.
