As we prepare to celebrate our wedding day, our hearts are filled with gratitude — not only for each other, but also for the incredible support we’ve received during some of life’s most challenging moments. Penny Brohn UK

Penny Brohn UK takes a holistic approach to living well during cancer treatment. They offer services that nurture the mind, body, and spirit — including personalised wellbeing plans, nutritional guidance, and relaxation therapies. Their mission is to empower people to take charge of their health and wellbeing, providing care that extends far beyond medical treatment.

Nanak Naam

Nanak Naam is a charity dedicated to promoting mindfulness, self-discovery, and inner peace through Sikh spiritual teachings. Their work focuses on improving mental wellbeing by helping people cultivate compassion, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose in life. Through online resources, talks, and workshops, they inspire individuals to lead more mindful and meaningful lives.
