Jadine A - Liver Transplant

My name is Jadine, and recently she has been hospitalized due to liver failure, needing an emergency transplant. My mom, Jem, is a single mother. As medical bills are expensive for the care and imagine the burden of it on a single mother. I am asking for help to cover her liver transplant and all medical expenses to take some weight off on our shoulders. Anything helps and is much appreciated.
