Hi, my name is Jade Hart. On January 30, my car fell into a sinkhole on the 7900 block of Panola. The Sewage and Water Board are not helping my situation. They insist on three repair estimates or a paid invoice to even file a claim. I would then have to wait three months to receive any payment, if any. I just want to be able to provide for my family. I need a car to be able to go to work, the grocery store, and tutoring for my son to ensure he is ready for Leap. I am an awesome mother who refuses to let the city do this to my family.
