I am Steve, Dad to an amazing little boy called Jacob. Jacob has a very rare condition called GAND. There is no cure or treatment currently for his condition. We want to raise awareness and funds for the UKs only charity for GAND by joining together in JACOB'S CHALLENGE.

Do you want to join us in making a difference? We are walking the 18 mile route around Swindon on the 20th September. About 10 of us will hit the walk to raise awareness and funds for our GAND community.

Our son Jacob is one of 500 diagnosed with GAND in the world , it is a condition that affects the way the brain develops. Our hope through supporting our chosen charity is that families continue to connect, share knowledge and information. GAND AID UK has access to Dr Tyler the one and only GAND specialist based in the US. Dr Tyler brings first hand information to families through a yearly conference and gathering.
