Hi, My name is Kimberly and I am fund raising for Brian and Risa Jackson, and their 4 kids: Weston (14), Wyatt (12), Waylon (9), and Layla (3). Three of their kids are my kids too :)

 

There was a house fire on 12/26/21 that destroyed their home in Tierra Santa, San Diego. They are forced to stay elsewhere until they can rebuild their home. They lost a lot and could currently use financial help to get them back on their feet. Everyone was in the home when this happened, and thankfully they all made it out in time! Another hour and they would have been fast asleep and their fate would not have looked so good. Most of their belongings are ruined; either by fire, smoke, or the chemicals and water used to extinguish the fire. Their home is not habitable. While they have home and property insurance, the policy only covers the “depreciated value” of assets – which means the family will be out of pocket for the difference between the depreciated value and cost of new property.
