Jack's Mitzvah Project To Fight Food Insecurity
Tax deductible
Recently, I volunteered at the Judeo-Christian Outreach Center (JCOC) and saw first hand the impact this organization has on fighting food insecurity and poverty.
That's why I chose this organization to support for my Mitzvah (or Good Deed) Project in honor of my upcoming Bar Mitzvah.
JCOC operates a food pantry (which I volunteered at twice with 8 friends), food box, and daily Community Dinner program for those who are struggling with food insecurity.
It also operates the only year-round singles shelter for adults in VA Beach in addition to Veterans Transitional Housing, Permanent Supportive, Day Support and Rapid Rehousing programs.
Want to join me in making a difference?
Please support me in honor of my Bar Mitzvah and donate any amount to my campaign.
All donations will help make an impact.
Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
More information about Judeo-Christian Outreach Center: The mission of JCOC is to empower families, individuals, and veterans to recover from crisis situations and return to being self-supporting, productive and independent members of our community.
