Jack's Army Bridge

Have you seen all those Jack's Army signs around Missoula? They are in support of one of our local firefighter's son. His name is Jack Berry, a 14 year old who has just returned home from Boston after completing his 3rd round of intensive cancer treatment.

 

We want to capture the overwhelming support that Jack and the Berry family received from the community by building a bridge both equal in strength and design! This will be the Jack's Army Bridge. Celebrating both community strength as well as Jack's strength and perseverance. Angie Lipski and David Clark from MMW Architects have provided a pro-bono design for arguably the coolest bridge over Pattee Creek you could imagine! Now we’re in need of raising funds to make this bridge construction a reality. The bridge is being built for the Pattee Creek neighborhood (also where Jack lives). It'll be a place of hope and positivity, where anyone who needs to harness community strength can go. It's also a place where Jack’s community support network can continue to rally around Jack and his cancer free state. The cost of the bridge is $25,000. A ceremony and dedication is anticipated in the Spring of 2022. Please help us raise this money so we can raise this bridge!
