Hi, my name is Jack Rose, and I am fundraising for the charity Ripple Africa and the vital work they are carrying out in Malawi. Ripple Africa empowers local communities by providing education, healthcare, and sustainable projects that help people build a better future for themselves and for generations to come. I will be taking part in a range of fundraising activities, for example walking across every london bridge within a day, which is around 25km, which I will update on here, to raise funds entirely for Ripple Africa. Every donation goes directly towards supporting children and families in Malawi, helping to improve access to education, clean water, healthcare, and other essential resources. These projects make a real difference to people facing daily challenges and limited opportunities. I am also fortunate enough to be travelling to Malawi to support Ripple Africa’s work first-hand. By being there, I will be able to assist with community projects, work directly with children, and gain a deeper understanding of how the charity supports local people in a sustainable and meaningful way. In order to take part in this opportunity, I am required to raise £1,600 for Ripple Africa, which will go directly towards funding their ongoing projects and support in Malawi.
