Jack Hollingsworth’s Memorial Scholarship Fund

Help raise funds to honor the life of long-time Boys and Girls Club of Southwestern Oregon staff member Jack Hollingsworth. All funds will be used to provide at-risk youth an opportunity to attend the Boys & Girls Club at no cost to their family. These were the kids that Jack mentored the most. Kids that had the most struggles would be part of the “Jack Pack” with an everlasting impact on their lives.

The Hollingsworth-Mode Family will be matching all donations up to $5,000. Let’s make a big impact in Jack’s honor!
