Chelsea’s Journey

- [Hi,so as you are all aware Chelsea has been fighting leukaemia. This has been a very tough 2 years so far with many long stints in hospital fighting to stay with us. Even her make a wish trip ending up in the Queensland hospital for her whole trip. Financially and mentally it’s been a massive strain on our family with me not being able to work so having to get people to do those shifts. Since then we have had a lot of bad luck with water system going,flooding last year ruining Chelsea’s bedroom and our back room which we did think we had fixed but with massive down poor again has done the same thing. Insurance have said they won’t cover us so we now have to have back yard dug up and put more drainage to catch the neighbours down flow which they won’t fix. This is a big cost . So we financially can’t afford to do all of this and we’re just hoping for any support if you can. We don’t like asking anyone for help but I’m having to just to get us through this tough period. Hopefully in next couple of months we can get on top.Chelsea has asked when she finishes her treatment in November that she can have a big party with everyone celebrating her finishing treatment so we want to do that for her too and make it memorable for her. Just remember always hug your loved ones and tell them you love them. Cancer is cruel
