Hello, my name is Kim and I’m raising money for a wheelchair van for this beautiful little girl, Jessa Moniz - who is an angel and shining light to her loving family (mom Jacinta, dad Joe, and big brothers Jayden, Joseph and Jordan) - and to everyone who meets her. At the age one month,  Jessa contracted RSV and suffered  cardiac arrest multiple times resulting in a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. Now, at the age of  five, Jessa is growing every day, which is a blessing and miracle against all odds.  A wheelchair van is needed to bring her to her required therapy sessions so she can continue to fight and thrive.   Anything you can donate to help reach their goal would be very much appreciated ❤️
