I have the right to live with my family

Donation protected
I am Mrs. Majd Fayek Abu Amsha, a teacher, I live in the northern Gaza Strip - the city of Beit Hanoun - I am married and have three children. Before the seventh of October, I gave birth to my child, whom I had hoped God would bless after five years of suffering, and I was blessed with my child whom God had bestowed upon him, with whom I escaped. He was not yet two months old. I left his bed, clothes, and personal belongings, and I was trembling in fear for him took him to a shelter center. This is my child, who was not yet two months old. He lived in a center that lacked cleanliness, safety, and warmth. He did not have milk, diapers, or clothes. It was very difficult. I lived in an independent house. She studied as a professor at Al-Quds Open University in the Gaza Strip in 2013 and graduated in 2018. I worked in several centers during my studies. My husband, my family, and I began thinking about establishing our own English language teaching center. The costs were prohibitive, but thanks to God, an educational center was opened. On 10_. 3It was a very nice day and we started working on it. After a while, we started paying off the debts we had accumulated. But unfortunately, the joy was not complete. On October 7th, we woke up to a fantasy day called a nightmare. Our thoughts were scattered and we became helpless and shocked. We didn't know where to go. We stayed home for the night. At two o'clock in the morning, the Israeli occupation called my husband and asked him to evacuate the place immediately. Out of intense fear and panic, we did not take with us any of the necessary items or tools. We left everything. For God's sake, we walked long distances on foot, about 5 km, like every war, from Beit Hanoun to Jabalia camp to UNRWA schools. We sat in class, and families began to flock to the school and it was full. Unfortunately, we were displaced on Saturday, and on Friday, the army asked us to evacuate the north and head after Wadi Gaza. We headed to Al-Maghazi City to an agency shelter school. This is where the suffering beganAl-Maghazi to the agency’s shelter school here. We had no clothes or kitchen utensils to prepare food, nor mattresses or blankets to sleep on. Prices began to rise and goods became scarce as usual, like any war. We began to arrange for ourselves little by little from a friend, relative, or neighbor the very necessary things. And praise be to God here. The first thing that happened was the news that our house had been bombed on 12/17/2023 we became homeless, thank God in any case, but after three months the army asked us again to move to the city of Rafah, so we went there, and in every city, we need new things and we leave things behind because there are no cars to transport things. Because of displacement. They only went to the people where their interest was reached and the money collected began to become known little by little to any opinion that shared ours. There is no specific day for determining prices and trade in the city of Rafah. The prices of common clothes in the district, blankets, and mattresses are very high, as each family gives one mattress to whoever is enough for it, whether it is me, my husband, or my children. The price of a bag of flour was 1,000 shekels, which is equivalent to 300 dollars, the price of milk was 110 shekels, which is equivalent to 29 dollars, and a bag of 60 diapers was 210 shekels, which is equivalent to 56 dollars. To review what food, personal hygiene items, clothing, and medicines to buy in any emergency. Conditions were difficult for everyone, and no one gave anyone money to help them. The disasters began to follow one after another, and unfortunately, the occupation destroyed our source of livelihood, our fatigue, our joy, and our life’s project, so the educational center was destroyed on February 3, 2024. We were teaching students and providing them with educational means so that they would become a generation of preachers. Unfortunately, our dreams were shattered. This is a destiny. from our Lord, and we thank God.After that, the occupation asked for evacuation to Mawasi Khan Yunis, and we were displaced, and sadness did not leave us. We live in a tent measuring 2 x 2.5 meters that is unsuitable for living, does not provide heating, or does not protect us from the cold. There is no bathroom to relieve ourselves and shower. Our lives have been destroyed psychologically, health-wise, and financially. We hate ourselves. There is no bathroom. A place where we live. We want to leave Gaza. We have no life there.I created this link to help me and my family provide food, and personal hygiene items, repair my tent, and provide some medicine to reopen the center because there are a lot of difficult things we are going through. I hope you will help me and stand by my side to restore part of my life to what it was before October 7th. Share my story by donating or sharing it with friends. Thank you to everyone who tried to help us.
