My name is Marifel and I am raising funds for my sister's medical needs who is currently residing in the Philippines. She was recently diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. In need of a further diagnostic test and once officially confirmed it is highly recommended that she undergo surgery at once. Everyday her condition continues to worsen with her legs and abdomen constantly retaining fluids. Even at rest with little to no exertion she has a hard time breathing. Time is not on our side. With the cost of diagnostic tests, including doctors fees and medicine it is causing a financial strain. Any help is appreciated. She is a loving and caring mother to her daughter and husband.
