I’m asking for help to pay rent and bills

I am just reaching out to try get some support,I’m currently off work with my mental health issues and my bills are piling up ,I’m surviving on universal credit which doesn’t cover everything the govt seem to think you can manage on it ,I’ve paid into the system all my working life it’s just not fair ,any help would be greatly appreciated I’m a genuine guy just reaching out for some help
