J. Charles Holt disability fund

Hi! My name is Jay Nelson and I'm fundraising for my great friend J. Charles Holt, to tide him over until his disability benefits are approved.

Charles (as most know him) has suffered from a series of worsening medical ailments for several years that have ultimately resulted in an inability to work and support himself. As his conditions have been worsening, he’s been struggling more and more with basic tasks, and this has also led to a sharp decline in his quality of life.

The Disability Benefits process has been extremely slow, and despite continually cutting back his expenses he has exhausted his funds.
