Ivory Coast Missions Trip

Hi, my name is Ellayna Woodward, but most people call me Elli. I am a full-time student at Nelson University. This summer, I have been given an incredible opportunity to travel to Ivory Coast, Africa, on a mission trip in May.

I would ask for you to partner with our team in prayer as we prepare for this opportunity to minister to the Ivorian people. We have the opportunity to assist with Tabernacle Evangelism helping build and minister to the children in the region. Through this trip, several students and I will be gaining hands-on experience in the mission field and connecting with the children and the many different people of Ivory Coast. We would love prayer for safety and courage to witness to the people of the Ivory Coast. Also, pray for the whole team to be able to know and feel God's spirit as we move throughout the process of this mission trip.

This trip also has a neat personal connection in which my dad over thirty years ago took a mission trip to the Ivory Coast and I am excited to visit similar places that he went to many years ago that impacted his life in a profound way. I am praying for a similar impactful experience in my life through this trip.

I have a goal of raising $3500 for this two-week mission trip. This money helps cover food, supplies, traveling costs, and housing, but also to help with expenses in the kids' ministry program in Ivory Coast. If you feel prompted to help support my ministry on the trip, you can give at:
