IVF- We wish to start a family

Hello! My name is Sara, and my fiance/husband, Salwan, and I have been trying to conceive for around two years. This is hard for me to share with people...After trying for those many years, I went to the doctor and found out that my fallopian tubes were blocked and surgery is too dangerous (and not done much anymore as things can turn out very bad) for me, and they do not guarantee to have any effect. The only way I can have a child is by IVF. (Invitro Fertilization.) I have wanted a child for as long as I can remember. After getting sick in Utah and surviving my surgeries and near-death experience, I had given up on having children because I thought I would never be healthy enough. After working hard and waiting to heal from my kidney/pancreas transplant, I was told it was safe to have children. But after 2 years, I went to the doctor and was told I would have a slim chance of getting pregnant naturally. So this is the most effective thing we can do. I am 34 years old and am afraid that it will be challenging to have a child as I get older. We have wanted this for so long, and I was heartbroken when I found out about my tubes. I hope this wish comes true to start a little family of our own.
