This isn’t just about starting a nonprofit; it’s about rebuilding what we lost, what we deserve, and what we can still create together.

We are The Village, a grassroots effort born from love, frustration, and an unshakable belief that our communities still have everything they need to rise; we just need the blueprint. Our goal is simple but deep: to bring structure, care, and opportunity back into the heart of our neighborhoods.

We’re launching this GoFundMe to lay the foundation, literally. The funds raised will help us become an official nonprofit and begin the work we’ve dreamed about and planned for:

• Tackling food insecurity with community-based solutions

• Creating safe spaces where our youth can be mentored, heard, and empowered

• Providing access to essential resources, financial knowledge, and life skills

• Uplifting our people spiritually, mentally, and culturally

We’re building programs that serve, events that inspire, and systems that sustain. This is about planting seeds for real change and nurturing them until they grow into something our kids can stand on.
