Do you want to join me in making a difference? After last year's successful ride, I have decided to participate again in Courage in Motion 2022 in October 23–27. This annual cycling event is in support of more than 51,000 disabled veterans wounded while defending the State of Israel or through acts of terror. I'm raising money in aid of BEIT HALOCHEM UK, a national charity in the UK devoted to raising awareness and funds for Israel’s wounded veterans and victims of terror, and every donation will help.

Beit Halochem Centres in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Beer Sheva, and Nahariya ensure that the injured and their families receive the help they need and deserve in order to return to productive and fulfilling lives. These Centres offer an unparalleled range of exceptional rehabilitative services, including physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, therapeutic devices, specialised equipment, sport coaching, and cultural activities.

I will join an international group of cyclists in Israel and ride alongside Israeli wounded heroes for five days. My goal is to raise funds and, perhaps more significantly, show my personal commitment to these men and women.
