Hello, recently my father Isreal Ayala (cant put his actual spelling of his name due to being flagged for whats going on in the east) was rushed to the ER suffering from life threatening Diabetic Ketoacidosis. My 13 year old brother found him borderline unresponsive and struggling to breathe. The Dr's told us that if he had been brought in 10-15 minutes later he would no longer be with us and that it was very much touch and go. His organs including his kidneys, lungs and intestines were compromised and he had to work at getting them back to a semblance of normal.

Thankfully he made it through and is starting his routine Dr's visits to monitor the situation. However, prior to hospitalization he and my brother lost their family vehicle and have no way of getting to and from Dr visits, school etc. My father also had been looking for a job but losing the car made it harder to find a job he can reliably get to and from. On top of that medical bills are starting to come in and all he wants to do is work and be able to pay for them. My father has been taking the bus and walking all the way to some of his visits and my brother has been walking over a mile to school. Family has helped out where they can but he really needs a vehicle to get to and from his important Dr visits and to be able to work and support himself and my brother.

This money would give him the opportunity to place a downpayment on a vehicle and start a new job to support themselves. Any and all donations are much appreciated.
