ISKCON Lisbon, more commonly known as the Hare Krishna Movement in Lisbon, Portugal, has played an integral part in creating a vibrant community of value-centered and caring individuals, dedicated to exemplifying and sharing God’s message of peace, goodwill, and universal brotherhood. Hundreds of souls are continuing to seek shelter in our small center, which has become a spiritual oasis in the heart of the city.

For more than 45 years, our center has been providing a variety of educational and cultural programs, including yoga and mantra meditation, seminars on Bhagavad-gita and other scriptures, regular Sunday programs, colourful festivals, free food distribution, book distribution, home programs, public chanting, and more. We persevere with the valuable task of sharing spiritual culture and inculcating sound values, which are needed in society.

In December 2024, with your help, the temple moved to a good location in the heart of Lisbon. Although still very small, the temple continues to be a haven for many spiritual seekers.

However, our desire is to establish a permanent temple in Lisbon open to all community!

Your donations will help us create a welcoming Hare Krishna Temple & Community Space and continue to offer our many enriching activities that will unite and nourish people in these troubled times. Your support will help to keep spreading the legacy of spiritual wisdom and culture that ISKCON has been sharing with the world.
