Isaac Michelson Memorial Scholarship

As we remember Isaac, and all that his sweet soul brought to our lives as individuals, as a family and as a community, we are overwhelmed by the joyful memories of our lives with him. It’s hard to believe we lost him a year ago. While we focus our hearts and minds on the many happy times and experiences we’ve been blessed to have with Isaac, there is also the reality that his physical body brought complexities. Isaac and people with complex special needs require a high level of medical care, therapies, educational interventions and specialized equipment. As a family we found ourselves continually blessed to be able to meet Isaacs needs. It’s our hope that many of you will come along side us as we pay those blessings forward to another child and family in our community. The Isaac Michelson Memorial Scholarship will be a monetary gift for specially selected students and their families so that they may feel more at ease as they provide necessary resources for their student in order to live a beautifully full life. The outpouring of love from our friends family and community has been nothing short of remarkable in the past year. We hope to let another family feel that same love and support.

This scholarship is in coordination with Avon Local Schools and will be presented annually to a student with the Avon district.
