On the 21st of September 2025 I will be taking on Ironman Wales which is a 2.4 mile open water swim, 112 mile cycle and a marathon, to help raise money, awareness and to benefit the Cleft Lip and Palate Association. Our beautiful daughter Gracie was born with an undiagnosed cleft palate, which will require surgery.  I would like to help this wonderful charity as much as I can for supporting us through the unexpected journey we have ahead of us.

They reach out to families from the moment of diagnosis and help them through any difficulties they have before and after the birth of their child by providing a specialist feeding service as well as targeted information and a national network of trained volunteers providing lifelong one-to-one emotional support and online events.
