Hi, my name is Gary and I’m trying to help raise funds for Pieta House who are working hard every day trying to prevent suicide. Anyone who knows me will know I lost my brother James Blake recently to suicide and would like to do what ever I can to try prevent others who may think this is the only way out. For me, exercise has helped me get through the tough times and have decided to challenge myself to doing an Ironman 70.3 and raise funds at the same time.
