IRONMAN 70.3. In 2020 it was one of the toughest years as it took away a member of our family that was loved dearly. My grandad was a second dad to me who we loved thoroughly and got taken by a disease. And for that I will be doing something to make up for that. In memory of him I will be doing the 70.3 in the upcoming 2026 year on the 7th of June. A 1.9 km swim (1.2 miles), Cycle 90km (56 miles) and a 21.1km run (13.2 miles) all in one go which will be very hard as i’m not a triathlete by any means.
