Last summer, my dear friend James took his own life. I believe we can make a difference. Therefore, on Aug. 22, 2020, I will be doing my own "backyard" Ironman triathlon: swimming 2.4 miles, biking 112 miles, and running 26.2 miles -- to raise awareness for this important cause.
