Hello, my name is Reece, a.k.a Timmo, and I am a serving member of the 7th Parachute Regiment Royal Horse Artillery.

I’m currently training for my first Ironman, never done anything like this before, and I wanted to do it for something that actually matters. I’m raising money for the Airborne Gunner Trust, helping the lads who’ve served and might need a bit of support.

Honestly, the training is brutal, early mornings, long rides and runs that feel never-ending, but every metre is worth it if it helps give back to the regiment. It’s my way of saying thanks and making sure no one gets forgotten.

This isn’t just about crossing a finish line, it’s about pushing myself, doing something proper and supporting the Airborne Gunners along the way. Every swim, bike and run is for them.
