The community and neighbors of Westampton in Irick Lakes, Irick Woods, Tarnsfield, Woodlane road and Irick road need your HELP!
We need your help to STOP the proposed warehouse development on Woodlane and Irick Roads (located directly next to BCIT). Our efforts to halt this project will focus on specific topics concerning safety, traffic patterns, noise, safety etc... But we need your support!

The warehouse will bring way more traffic than a housing development.
600+ employee cars and 110 tractor trailers everyday on that tiny T intersection on a site the size of a postage stamp at Woodlane and Irick roads.
Did you know that OVER 100 18-wheeler tractor trailers will be driving down 541 to Woodlane road then passing the firehouse, library and BCIT and pulling in and out of Woodlane and Irick roads EVERY Day??? How can an 18 wheeler tractor trailer even FIT there???
Will your family feel safe when 911 response from our local EMS/FIRE can't even get to your house in time with all this traffic and congestion on Woodlane road?
Will you and your family feel safe walking along Woodlane road when there are hundreds of tractor trailors going up and down?
Will your child feel safe and be able to focus at school (BCIT) when there are two warehouses directly next door looking out of the windows with hundreds of trucks and workers?
And the traffic.... Better believe employees running late to work will be speeding through Tarnsfield, Holly Hills, and Irick Woods trying to get to work on time.
