Hi, my name is Lana.

I am part of the Palestinian Community in Western Australia.

Over years of working closely with radiologists, medical imaging technologists, sonographers and support staff, I have come to appreciate the life changing and immediate benefits that medical imaging provides to the sick.

Vital Medical Imaging Services

Right now medical imaging services are being obliterated. The selfless healthcare workers are relying on what little infrastructure remains to diagnose and treat patients, young and old. One medical imaging device that can make a difference is portable ultrasound.

Portable Ultrasound Machine Donated

In his next medical mission with Australian registered charity PANZMA, Dr Mohammed Mustafa, will bring with him, a portable ultrasound machine. This portable ultrasound machine was donated this week and we thank our generous donor for his incredible support.

How you can help

To operate this portable ultrasound scanner, doctors need iPads, stands, gel and other supplies. These supplies are extremely hard to come by during medical missions. We are asking for donations to help us purchase an iPad and other equipment that Dr Mustafa can bring to his next medical mission.

Your contribution will go directly to helping Western Australian doctors support healthcare teams and their patients, who are working under extremely difficult circumstances.

Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’re now hoping to raise $5000 so we can purchase more vital supplies to support this medical mission.
