My name is Salvador Vega and I am excited to launch our Fox Auto Services Academy dedicated in empowering the youth in our community with valuable hands-on automotive skills, career knowledge, and real world experience.

Many young people have incredible potential but lack access to opportunities that can help them discover their talents and prepare for successful futures. Our goal is to create a positive learning environment where students can gain practical automotive knowledge, develop confidence, learn responsibility, and explore career paths in the automotive industry and other skilled trades.

Over the past several years, through our apprenticeship program, we have been able to mentor and develop more than five apprentices. Three of those apprentices have successfully graduated from the program. Today, one is working at a larger body shop, while two have chosen to continue growing and building a career with us. Seeing these young individuals gain skills, confidence, and meaningful employment has reinforced our belief that hands-on-training and mentorship can truly change lives.

Through our Academy, students will receive hands-on-training, mentorship, and guidance from experienced professionals. We are also bringing guest speakers from various industries who will share their experiences, career journeys, and life lessons to inspire and educate our participants. These opportunities will expose our youth to different possibilities and help them build the skills needed to succeed both personally and professionally.
