Installation of a walk in tub for my senior mom
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Anita. My mother who is 75 years young was diagnose with degenerative scoliosis and has limited mobility. It's been challenging trying to get her back and fourth to the bathroom to take a shower, because the closest bathroom has an old bathtub and she's unable to get in and out of it. She has to use a shower that's far away from her room. I would like to have a walk in tub installed for her that is ADA compliant. She wouldn't have to worry about trying to step over in a tub, because this tub has an opening that she can walk thru with my help of course and sit down.
So would you please consider helping us.
Thank you so much.

Degenerative scoliosis, also known as adult onset scoliosis, describes a side-to-side curvature of the spine caused by degeneration of the facet joints and intervertebral discs which are the moving parts of the spine. This degeneration and resulting spinal asymmetry can occur slowly over time as a person ages.
