Installation of CCTV at Beggarwood Centre
We are a not-for-profit charity and our Trustees wish for Beggarwood Community Centre and Café in the Park to be a welcoming social space, with a community café, for visitors from either end of the age spectrum.
Café in the Park serves quality coffee, cake and offers dedicated sessions to retired people and families in the community, extending discounts, companionship and superb views over Beggarwood Park.
In light of recent anti social behaviour incidents and the outpouring of support from the local community, we have decided to start a fundraiser to protect our community café space by installing a CCTV system that will hopefully help to deter or identify the culprits responsible.
We are delighted that Gary Marsh, GM Security Solutions Ltd, who is a member of the local community, has kindly donated his expertise and we now need to raise funds for the equipment.
