Inspire radio has only been going 4 months but we have achieved so much already. We have had interviews with WA Premiere Mark McGowan, Roger Cook, Madeleine King, Reece Whitby and Paul Papillia as well as local Mayor's Barry Sammels and Carol Adams. We have also interviewed people doing amazing stuff in our community such as the young boy fundraising for Telethon, the Mum who wanted to spread awareness of NF-1, a rare genetic condition that causes tumours to form on the body and the Primary School that are doing great work teaching mindfulness to their students. Wherever we look, there are inspiring people and it's our ambition to showcase these important people and the causes they are fighting for.
We are also developing a Video studio where we aim to produce regular weekly content to inform, engage and entertain our followers in a range of programming such as Quizzes, a Magazine style show for the LGBTQIA+ community, a Talent Show and more to come.
Alongside the Radio and TV Studios, we also have a Community arm where we teach over 55 years olds how to use Tech such as phones and computers, as well as teaching young people how to become a DJ and present their own show and also help to transition homeless people into their own homes.
Inspire Radio has so far not received any Government funding and all our income has been self-funded. We need your help to keep our lights on. We have just achieved Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) Status which means any donations made to us over $2, will be tax deductible, dollar for dollar.
