Innocent civilian killed on highway

My brother was killed on the highway I-65  due to gun violence. He was an innocent civilian who was hit by an oncoming bullet. We are asking for help with the burial and funeral services as his mom is struggling right now trying to bury her 24 year old son Malik Phillips. He was a smooth sweet good hearted person who did for whoever needed it even if it was his last he was a family man like no other he loved his family so much
