Einleitung
Die Initiativen-Landschaft in Berlin ist großartig! Tausende oder mehr Organisationen setzen sich für ein solidarisches Zusammenleben ein. Abertausende Menschen helfen einander, dezentral und aus eigener Überzeugung: genau wie es sein sollte!
Doch oft ist es schwer dort durch zu blicken. Dass es in Berlin genau die Initiative gibt, die einer Person in einer bestimmten Problemsituation unterstützen kann, ist ziemlich sicher, aber wo? Etliche Telefonate, Tipps und Internetrecherchen später wird vielleicht die richtige Stelle gefunden ... unsicher, ob es nicht doch was passenderes gegeben hätte... das geht einfacher!
Wir wollen die Sichtbarkeit und Erreichbarkeit von Initiativen in Berlin stärken. Dazu legen wir eine digitale Sammlung an und bauen eine Webseite, um diese durchsuchen zu können.

Das Projekt
Wen wollen wir vernetzen?
Wir wollen Initiativen mit den Menschen vernetzen, die gerade Unterstützung brauchen. Iniradar will mit einer breiten Auswahl an Initiativen ein breites Publikum ansprechen. Eine besondere Rolle kommt Initiativen zu, die in ihrer direkten Unterstützung bei alltäglichen Problemen auch praktische Kritik an der jetzigen Gesellschaft üben. Denn darin liegt für uns ein wichtiger Teil, um diese Probleme langfristig zu überwinden.
Ein weiteres Ziel vom Iniradar ist es, die verschiedenen Initiativen besser miteinander zu vernetzen. Sodass beispielsweise durch den Austausch materieller und immaterieller Ressourcen eine stärkere Zusammenarbeit und Formen gemeinsamer Organisierung entstehen können. Mit Iniradar knüpfen wir auch an die Idee des Projekts "Stattbuch" an, welches vor über 40 Jahren eine ähnliche Sammlung für Berlin erstellt und in mehreren Auflagen bis in de 90er Jahre veröffentlicht hat.
Wie funktioniert die Webseite?
Die digitale Sammlung der 'Ini'-Landschaft ist auf der Webseite nach verschiedenen Kriterien durchsuchbar. So können beispielsweise Initiativen gefunden werden, die Angebote zum Thema 'Gesundheit' haben, oder solche, die eine 'Beratung' anbieten, oder auch beides gleichzeitig.
Wir sparen Kosten, dadurch, dass wir eine Webseite programmieren, die für die Benutzung auf dem Smartphone optimiert ist, und genauso auf dem PC aufgerufen werden kann. So ist keine extra App nötig.
Des weiteren soll die Website Mehrsprachigkeit unterstützen und als freie Software veröffentlicht werden. Zudem soll die Software leicht reproduzierbar sein, sodass andere Städte leicht einen Ableger unseres Projekts organisieren können.
Wenn das Projekt einmal läuft, werden die Initiativen sich übrigens selbst eintragen und updaten können. Das macht ein hohes Level an Aktualität möglich (und spart uns Arbeit!)
Kosten und Mittelverwendung
Wir haben ein Kollektivbetrieb angefragt, uns bei der Entwicklung der Webseite zu unterstützen. Die Kosten für die Entwicklung betragen ca. 10.000 Euro. Die Kosten sind in mehrere konkrete 'Sprints' gegliedert Wir updaten euch nach Abschluss eines jeden Sprints über den Fortschritt.
Wie geht's weiter?
Die Webseite Iniradar ist der richtige Anfang, aber damit ist die ganze Arbeit nicht getan. Wir als Kollektiv planen laufende Verwaltungs- und Vernetzungsarbeit ein, die wir angemessen entschädigen wollen. Darüber hinaus ist beabsichtigt, unser Kollektiv langfristig in eine größere Organisationstruktur einzubinden, um das Fortbestehen langfristig und unabhängig von den jetzt aktiven Personen zu gewährlisten.
Außerdem ist die jetzige Sammlung an Inis nur der erste Schritt. Zukünftig wollen wir den Bereich der Initiativen erweitern. Neben Initiativen direkter Hilfe sollen dann auch z.B. Kollektivbetriebe und politische Gruppen und Kampagnen gelistet werden.

The project
Who do we want to connect?
We want to connect initiatives with the people who need support. Iniradar wants to address a broad audience with a wide range of initiatives. A special role is given to initiatives that, in their direct support of everyday problems, also practice practical criticism of the current society. For us, this is an important part of overcoming these problems in the long term.
Another goal of Iniradar is to improve networking between the various initiatives. So that, for example, through the exchange of material and immaterial resources, stronger cooperation and forms of joint organization can emerge. With iniradar we also tie in with the idea of the project "Stattbuch", which created a similar database for Berlin more than 40 years ago and published it in several editions until the 90s.
How does the website work?
The database of of initiaves is searchable on the website according to various criteria. For example, initiatives can be found that have offerings on 'health', or those that offer 'counseling', or both at the same time.
We save costs by programming a website that is optimized for use on a smartphone and can be accessed in the same way on a PC. So there is no need for an extra app.
Furthermore, the website will support multilingualism and be published as free software. In addition, the software should be easily reproducible, so that other cities can easily organize an offshoot of our project.
By the way, once the project is up and running, the initiatives will be able to register and update themselves. This allows a high level of actuality (and saves us work!).
Costs and use of funds
We have asked an IT-collective to support us in the development of the website. The cost for the development is about 10.000 Euro. The costs are divided into several concrete 'sprints' We will update you on the progress after the completion of each sprint.
What's next?
The iniradar website is the right start, but all the work is not done there. As a collective, we plan to have ongoing administrative and networking work, which we intend to compensate appropriately. In addition, the intention is to incorporate our collective into a larger organizational structure in the long term to ensure its continued existence in the future, independent of the individuals who are active now.
Moreover, the current collection of initiatives is only the first step. In the future we want to expand the range of initiatives. In addition to initiatives of direct help, collective enterprises and political groups and campaigns should then also be listed, for example.
