Indian Orphanage School Fund

Hello as part of my local church (charity) I am trying to raise support for an orphanage in India as they go back for the school year. The orphanage is run by Raja Jidigu and his family in Bapatla, India. The orphanage houses 17 children and has been running on donation based financial support for years through "Daily Bread Missions" up until 2017. But in 2020 we began to support "Shiela's Home Orphanage".

We are only looking to raise £800, which will be used to purchase school supplies for the children, as they have no means of obtaining supplies themselves due to a lack of government provisions for such items, so your donations will go towards items such as books, bags, pens, pencils and so on.

It is critical that these children receive what they require for the school year because without the necessary equipment, they cannot pursue a better life for themselves, which is why we need to support incredible projects like these.

We believe God is doing wonderful things in India, particularly through Raja's incredible efforts to help his community. We will continue to support the orphanage's work in the future providing money for food, rent, and other necessities, but school supplies are the current need.
