Launched in 2026, the Independent Prostate Cancer Discovery
Study is a partnership of FOCUS Life Ministries and the African
American Leadership Network, created in response to a disease
burden that falls hardest on Black men. The study exists to close a
specific gap — making sure promising findings are organized,
independently tested, replicated, and carried toward responsible clinical
translation rather than left unexamined.
