Kids have noticed that the welcome mural painted above the front desk of Newton's Gath Pool does not include any children of color.
Horace Mann's art teacher Michael Dailey has designed a diverse mural and plans to install it before opening day in June.
He's expecting to donate both his time to create the new mural...AND the expensive materials needed to make it happen.
