Inaya’s Journey
Donation protected
Hi my name is Sophie and my daughter Inaya who was 4 years old at the time was diagnosed with Pre-B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia on the 11/03/2025 just 2 days into the start of induction treatment Inaya ended up in critical care and on a ventilator.. she had a seizure and swelling on the brain due to chemotherapy which resulted in a PRES syndrome diagnosis. This has effected her treatments and had to undergo surgery again to replace her Hickman line to a double to then start blina treatment. After the blina treatment she will be back on intense chemotherapy where Inaya really struggled to maintain a healthy weight instead she kept loosing it and got very thin where we had to put her on a feed on a pump at home as well as keep giving her fluids via the pump to keep on top as Inaya struggled to drink.. Inaya had terrible sickness and had a sick bucket on standby even at night! Chemotherapy not only affects the body but it affects your mental health so Inaya struggled with anger and sadness from a side effect of the treatment.. we are not ready to see her get so poorly again see her mentally struggle Inaya has had a few complications in her journey so far but continues to have a smile on her face. Inaya has gone through so much already and continues too so we want to make it as special as we can for her.. Inaya has had to learn to walk again and needs help to get around without loosing her balance and falling..I am making this go fund me to help with some costs of fuel to Oxford hospital and 2 other hospitals on occasions as well as to make as many memories we can and make it special for her going through treatments and lengthy hospital stays.. as you can imagine fuel costs so much and at the moment we are struggling financially with everything due to my partner unable to work as much as before and would appreciate any donations small or big Thank you! #Inayasjourney
