In March I will be tackling Devil in the Hills Cycle in the Brecon Beacons which feature the Devils Staircase. This is going to be both a mental and physical challenge. I’ll be doing this alongside my good friend Morgan Lewis & the organiser Shane Williams for Velindre.

Any funds raised will go to the Velindre Cancer charity. One that is close to me as Bryan, Lauren’s father, has been bravely battling Stage 4 Cancer for numerous years & also for Marc and Roy, my father and grandfather, who have also battled cancer.

Any donation small or large will make such an impact. It’s scary to think one in two of us will be diagnosed with cancer in our lifetime. By raising some funds will make a difference to Velindre to continue the amazing work they do for our families. If anyone fancies a bike ride let me know! Thank you
