In support of Janene, Drew, & Derek Robertson

Earlier this year, Joel Robertson was diagnosed with late-stage colon cancer, a significant and unexpected blow to an active husband and father.

Joel, with the support of Janene, their boys Drew and Derek, family, and friends, began an enduring treatment regimen with hopes of prolonged quality of life. After unforeseen setbacks and adverse events, Joel, along with his support system, made the difficult decision to end treatment. Joel entered hospice in late August, on September 25, he passed away peacefully with family by his side.

Joel was a kind and humble.  He enjoyed spending time with Janene and the boys, celebrating the boys' successes, gathering with family, coaching baseball, watching sports, and cheering on the Yankees.

Having left his family far too soon, many have asked how they can help. We have started a gofundme account to support medical and funeral expenses, as well as future family needs, easing any financial burden.
