On 26th October, Tracy Hartmann, age 35, tragically passed away in her sleep leaving behind 2 children aged 5 and 8 and her fiancé Daryn.

Tracy was an amazing mother and the boys were her world. She brought sunshine and laughter to everyone she came into contact with. She was also a leader at the Upwell Scouts club and so came into contact with so many people in the area.

Tracy was incredibly kind and was really creative whether it be through photography or arts and crafts. She always went above and beyond to help people and there are a number of lovely stories that have been told lately of her humour, her caring side and her commitment to everything she did. Even after leaving Pure Heart Homecare, she still went and saw some service users and helped them.

This Go Fund Me page has been set up to raise money to be solely for her 2 boys, John and Frans, to help them through what will be undoubtedly difficult years ahead without their mummy by their side.
