On April 13, 2017 my life changed forever when I found out that my dear friend, Sean Grogan, had taken his life. Sean and I were in the same kindergarten class at Myers Corners Elementary and we remained great friends all through high school. The two of us shared great memories together, from winning a Little League championship to taking him to his first Mets game and always bonded through the love for sports. Sean was the most kind, honest, polite, funny person I have ever met in my entire life and he is missed by everyone. On May 6th, I will to running the Broad Street Run in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in memory of Sean. I have created this Gofundme to raise money for two of Sean's biggest passions, the arts and lacrosse. I will be donating half of the money raised to The Dreaming Zebra Foundation, a charity that provides support so children and young adults are given an equal opportunity to explore the arts, and the other half to the Wappingers Warriors Lacrosse Program, where Sean learned to play lacrosse and fell in love with the sport. The Grogans and I would greatly appreciate any donation that could be made to help these organizations. Thank you.
