Our community is heartbroken by this unexpected loss. Oksana was a kind, generous, and loving person who touched the lives of everyone around her. Katherine and Kiril are now facing an incredibly difficult time, and I’m doing everything I can to make sure they have stability, comfort, and support as they adjust to life without their mom.
