It breaks my heart, and still I am in shock to share that my mom recently passed away after a courageous battle with bone cancer. She was the most beautiful soul; free-spirited, bold, courageous, artistic, intelligent, witty, and endlessly funny. She had a way of making any space brighter, and she poured that light into everyone she met. She shaped me into the woman I am today, and her love continues to guide all of us, every single day.

My parents were married and best friends for over 30 years. Inseparable from the moment they met. They raised three children together, built a life full of laughter, creativity, and unconditional love. They truly did everything side by side and to now see my dad without her has been heartbreaking in every way imaginable.

Not only did he lose his wife and we lost our mother… We all lost our best friend. Watching him navigate each day without her has been incredibly hard; emotionally, physically, and now financially.

That’s why I’ve created this fundraiser without his knowledge because if you know my dad, you know his heart. He is the most humble and selfless man, and he would never ask for help, no matter how much he’s struggling. But he truly needs it right now.

Between medical bills, living expenses, and the difficult adjustments that come after such a loss, the financial weight has become too heavy for one person to carry alone. Every donation, every share, every prayer, every kind word… It all means more than you know.
