On the 18th of May 2021, our beloved Abbo Jee, Mansoor Ahmed Zafar Malik passed away. Our father was an honourable, kind, compassionate and hardworking man who did his upmost to provide for the poor and needy, as well as his family. A selfless human being who dedicated himself to helping others, even if it meant himself going without.
The Prophet (SAW) said: “When a person dies, all of their deeds come to an end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge, and a child who prays for them”
He fulfilled his duty as a Husband, Father, Father in Law, Brother, Uncle and Grand Father to the best of his ability and was much loved by the whole community. He leaves behind a pious legacy for his family and loved ones to follow. May Allah (SWT) grant them Sabr and continue to make them a means for him to attain Jannah, In’Shaa’Allah.
Our father was always involved in charitable projects, especially those in Pakistan, and encouraged us to always give back.
We are proposing to continuing this by creating the Malik Mansoor Foundation in his memory, where we are aiming to build housing, water wells, helping orphans, create means of earning around the world for the less fortunate and help transform their lives for the better.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said " Charity does not decrease wealth, no one forgives another but that Allah increases his honor, and no one humbles himself for the sake of Allah but that Allah raises his status". (Muslim)
Please donate whatever you can, as any donations would be greatly and humbly appreciated to carry on the legacy of our father. These projects will also be Zakat applicable if you would like to pay your zakat.
We also ask please that you keep our father in your Dua's and may Allah (SWT) grant him Jannatul-Firdous and to forgive his sins.
