Dear friends, family, and compassionate community members, I'm Russel Viray, the youngest son of Audie and Lorcita Viray. On behalf of my brother, Kenneth and Father, I've started this GoFundMe to help my family during this difficult time - the passing of my mother on October 5th, 2024.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Lorcita's passing after her brave battle with stage 4 ovarian cancer. During this time of profound loss, we are reaching out for support as our family faces not only emotional challenges but also significant financial strain.

Our Situation

We are grieving the loss of our beloved Lorcy
My father and brother took significant time off work to care for her, accompany her to medical appointments, ER visits and to be by her bedside in the hospital in her final moments

This necessary time away from work has created financial hardship for our family
We now face the additional expense of funeral arrangements
